The health and safety of our Squad members and customers remains our #1 priority. As MOD opens once again for in-store dining, you’ll notice a number of health and safety measures designed to protect our customers and our Squad members while continuing to serve superfast pizza.
Here’s what we’re doing to ensure the safety of you and our Squad members:

We have placed proper distance between tables. Signs throughout the store will direct you to open tables. Larger or community tables are available for parties of up to 6 people.

We offer several options to make sure you get your order safely if you come to a MOD restaurant. Our Superfast Grab & Go stations let you walk in and get your food by the door.

Maintaining The Highest Cleanliness Standards
ENHANCED DAILY CLEANING PROTOCOLS
We have implemented thorough daily cleaning protocols for all parts of the restaurant. We clean all “touchpoints”, the places where customers come in contact with surfaces, with an approved disinfectant which is effective against COVID-19.

All of our Squad members are instructed to wash their hands thoroughly and frequency, in accordance with Canadian Centre for Occupational Health & Safety (CCOHS) Handwashing standards.

GLOVE USAGE THROUGHOUT RESTAURANT
Squad members are required to wear gloves in key areas of the restaurant, and always when handling all food packaging and ready-to-eat food.

CLOTH FACE COVERS FOR SQUAD MEMBERS
Squad members are encouraged to wear cloth face covers while working. We have supplied all MOD locations with cloth face covers.

HIGH FREQUENCY TOUCHPOINT CLEANING
We clean the most common surfaces touched throughout the store at least every 30 minutes, and every 15 minutes during peak times. This includes our lobby, dining room, and restrooms.

Keeping Our Squad Healthy
DAILY TEMPERATURE AND WELLNESS CHECKS
Prior to every shift, each squad member has their temperature taken and completes a wellness questionnaire. Any Squad members feeling ill or experiencing a high temperature is immediately sent home.
